Join us for our April Women’s Circle - Cacao Ceremony & Healing the Sister Wound

Join us on April 11th for a special collaboration between Sacred Woman Collective x New Moon Mama. This Sunset Circle will be co-hosted by An Huynh & Krystal Praast, and the theme is Healing the Sister Wound.

We will sit in circle to hold space and share from our hearts. As women, one of the biggest gifts we can give each other is to the space be held, seen and heard. We will enjoy a guided meditation, sound healing, sharing and listening from our hearts, and learn tools to support our own personal healing journey.

A Sunset Circle is a gathering of women who come together in a non-judgmental, non-competitive environment to connect, share, and empower one another. Sunset Circles provide a space for us to show up authentically as ourselves, they foster a sense of belonging and connection, helping us remember our own personal strength and sovereignty, and the strength of our collective.

What to Expect:

  • Arrive, socialize and settle in

  • I'll invite you into some nervous system regulation exercises (breathing, visualization, etc.)

  • We'll talk about and reflect on our topic

  • We'll share - this is the best part

  • We'll ground ourselves

  • Bring a journal and wear something cozy
